Why Catskill patients make the trip
- Most treatment under one roof. Checkups, crowns, root canals and dental implants, so you are not sent to several offices.
- Dentures that fit. Full and partial dentures, or dentures held by implants, with fittings planned to suit the drive.
- Clear plans. A written plan with costs and the number of visits before anything starts.
- By appointment. Tell us you are driving from Catskill and we will offer the first or last slot of the day.
If a tooth breaks
Call us as early as you can on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday; we keep time for urgent problems. Keep a broken piece, rinse with warm water and take an over-the-counter pain reliever. See emergency dentistry for what to do.
Swelling that spreads, a fever or trouble swallowing needs the emergency room at Columbia Memorial Health in Hudson, across the Rip Van Winkle Bridge.
Dentures for Greene County patients
Full and partial dentures take several visits, because each step checks the fit: impressions, a bite record, a try-in with the teeth set in wax, then the final fitting. Short follow-up visits fine-tune the fit as your mouth settles.
Dentures held by implants
Two or more dental implants can hold a lower denture firmly in place, so it no longer moves when you eat or talk. The implants are planned on our 3D scan, so the planning visit and the placement both happen in Kingston.
